    Sapphire Coast Oyster Trail - Oyster shell gin

    NORTH OF EDEN

    Visit the North of Eden gin distillery, situated in the rolling green hills of the Bega Valley. Their new Oyster Shell Gin is distilled with local oyster shells from Sapphire Coast estuaries, blended with local saltbush, hawthorn leaf, rose, lemon myrtle and ginger. It received a Bronze medal in the 2021 International Wine and Spirits Competition, and was named the Best Australian Gin of 2021.
